Shaker card

This week's challenge at FOSTV is to create a card with a moving element. For my card, I decide to make it a shaker card.  I used sequins and beads for the moving element. My card is for Christmas. I will use these to hand delivery due to the size and delicate element. I don't want it destroyed by the Post Office.
My supplies are: Create with Pine Boughs stamp set from Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co.,  Fun Stampers Journey Black Licorice ink, Brilliance Galaxy Gold ink, Fun Stampers cardstock and designer paper, acetate, Fun Stampers Journey Glaze, sequins, beads, Spellbinder's 2001 Heirloom Ornament dies, Twinkling H2Os and foam tape.

Let's get Buggy!!

This week's tutorial is to create a bug. The tutorial can be found here.  Design team member Lois create this fun tutorial. I used my pompoms and colored mine with Copic markers. My pompoms were a little to big, so I cut them in half and glue them together. My inspiration came from my friendly bumblebees living under my garage. They are beautiful creatures and don't bother us. I checked it out on the web, as long as you leave them alone they don't bother you. As the hive is not a danger to property. Since bees are becoming endangered, we let them be or should I say BEE.
My stamp set is from Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co. I used the stamp set "Coneflower"
My other supplies are: Memento Tuxedo Black ink, Fun Stampers Journey cardstock, Cryogen White cardstock, Copic markers, and Spellbinder's Filigree Delight Dies.
Check out what the other design team members created here. Come and create some cute bugs for a chance to win this stamp set from Mark's Finest Papers:

Alcohol Splatter

I created this tutorial for MFP Speedy TV.  This technique can be used in different ways, that is why I like it. You can use it as a background or with stamps. What's is cool about it is no background is the same. You can check out the tutorial here. It is a simple technique with many looks.
For my cards, I used stamps from Mark's Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co. For my top card, I used Sun and Moon stamp set. For the bottom card, I used Heavenly Harmony stamp set.
My other supplies are: Fun Stampers Journey Black Licorice ink, Gina K cardstock, Crafter's Companion Glossy cardstock, Alcohol  inks ( Purple Twilight, Pool, and Sunset Orange), Memento Elderberry ink for phrase, Sizzix embossing folder for top card, and Spellbinder's Label 22 and Decorative Labels 22 for bottom card.
